Hosting

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. The database, the authentication service and the document storage are operated on Supabase, in a European region.

Neither provider is a party to the engagement between the firm and its clients. They act as processors on the firm’s instructions, under the terms of the privacy notice.

Purpose of the service

The platform is a working tool for managing VAT registrations, filing regimes, periodic returns and the supporting documents attached to them. Access is restricted to authorised users of the firm and to the client contacts the firm has approved.

The platform records and organises information. It does not file returns with an administration by itself, it holds no funds, and no payment passes through it.

No tax advice

Statuses, deadlines and figures shown in the platform reflect what has been recorded in it. They are a planning and follow-up aid, not tax advice and not a substitute for the official sources of the administration concerned.

Public holidays, individual extensions and exceptional administrative measures must be checked against the official source before a filing decision is taken.

Intellectual property

The platform, its source code, its structure and its graphic charter, including the Value Added logo, are protected. Any reproduction, adaptation or public communication without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Documents uploaded by a client remain the property of that client.

Liability

The firm takes reasonable care to keep the information in the platform accurate and available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access or the absence of error.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data they enter.

Applicable law

These notices are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of the registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory rule protecting consumers.
